We are seeking a skilled Group Leader to join our expanding team dedicated to developing cutting-edge cybersecurity products from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a group of software developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept to production deployment.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the group, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor and develop group members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.
  
  

• Proven experience as a group leader in a software development environment.
• Strong background in big data analytics (advantageous).
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and resilient microservices architectures.
• Experience with real-time or near-real-time production-grade systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer-facing products.
• Proficiency with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Python (advantageous).
• Experience leading projects and managing across teams and groups.
• Ability to manage the full development lifecycle, from proof of concepts to productization and handling customer issues.
• Passionate about technology and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
