Digital Product Manager

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our team at GE HealthCare in Haifa. This role involves significant interaction with the company's sales managers and responsibility for digital applications in oncology. The ideal candidate will have a clinical orientation and a degree in biomedical or a related field.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage teams from multiple functional areas.
• Utilize specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups.
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and influence the development of strategy for a broad sales territory, including resource control.
• Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
• Stay informed of industry trends that may impact work.
• Use high-level judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers.
• Assess the quality of information provided and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers.
• Offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and provide recommendations.
• Use multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at decisions.
• Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
• Communicate difficult concepts and influence others' opinions on particular topics.
• Guide others to consider different points of view.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management and Functional Management.
• Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
