Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative software to automate corporate bond and credit derivative trading workflows.

Contribute to large, cross-business platforms to scale the firm's technology.

Design, develop, and troubleshoot software with consideration for system-wide implications.

Translate requirements into technical solutions with creativity and pragmatism.

Apply technical troubleshooting to solve basic complexity issues.

Learn and implement secure, stable code and systems.

Foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.

Proficiency in coding with modern programming and database querying languages.

Experience across the Software Development Life Cycle.

Familiarity with agile methodologies like CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.

Emerging knowledge in technical disciplines such as cloud, AI, machine learning, or mobile.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to cloud technologies.
