Responsibilities And Impact

• Oversee various office operations, including managing the facilities and supplies, ordering groceries, and coordinating IT equipment
• Support HR initiatives such as scheduling interviews, facilitating onboarding for new employees, and contributing to employee well-being activities
• Foster collaboration by providing general assistance to all team members
  
  

• Availability to work 3 full days per week from the office: Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Hebrew
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and a cooperative team player mindset
