Corporate Controller

Gett is looking for a super talented Corporate Controller to join its Global Finance team. In this role, you will support the finance and accounting operations globally and the broader team on management reporting, business partnering, and process improvement. The role will be based in Israel, but responsibilities will span multiple entities and jurisdictions. The role will report to the Head of Financial Reporting & Accounting, working closely with Global Finance Leadership. This role is to bolster the existing team as the business grows. This position will have the opportunity for significant exposure and play a key role in helping define the future structure and reporting as a whole. You will be joining a small but motivated team looking to scale further internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of all subsidiaries
• Assist with the consolidated statutory financial statements and tax returns
• Work with Finance to review and improve operational finance processes, as well as reporting cycles.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Prepare ad-hoc reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data as required
• Work directly with the external auditors to ensure all financial information is properly supported and support an efficient and timely year-end audit process
  
  

• Qualified CPA with a Big 4 firm.
• At least 2 years of experience in a hi-tech company.
• Project management skills. Experience in coordinating the execution of complex projects with multiple parallel workstreams and multiple stakeholders against tight deadlines.
