Customer Service Operator

Maternity Leave Replacement (approximately 7 months with an option for extension).

Part-time position - 80%.

Who are we? Knapp is a global company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of advanced automated systems.

What will your day look like?

• Defining and leading work processes in the Customer Service department (such as inventory counting, customer quotations, etc.)
• Data processing and building infrastructure in Excel, creating metrics and KPI's reports (performing periodic reports, dashboards, CEO metrics).
• Supporting planning and coordination of external training and certifications, including tracking the validity of certifications and training.
• Coordinating the company's safety procedures: managing the safety portal, reporting monthly status of site safety metrics.
• Operating and supporting the maintenance software: managing employee data and reports, providing support as needed.
• Multi-interface work and communication with the global Customer Service department.
• Travels to the company's various sites (once a month per site, on average). (During the training period, there will be more frequent trips).

Job requirements:

• Experience in a role with similar tasks - roles related to operations, data and information coordination, project/logistics support, etc.
• Analytical ability, high articulation and expression skills, and organization skills.
• High proficiency in OFFICE applications and high technical and digital orientation.
• Good level of English - spoken and written.
• Personal qualities: ability to work under pressure, team player, willingness to assist and promote tasks, assertiveness and motivational skills, follow-up, "set and forget", flexibility to changes, ability to prioritize tasks while providing feedback and "raising a flag" when necessary.
• Relevant academic education (Industrial Engineering and Management - an advantage).
