Technical Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Technical Program Manager to drive strategic technical initiatives and enhance cross-functional processes within the organization. In this role, you will work closely with R&D, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to ensure seamless execution from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams, as well as senior leadership, to align programs with company strategy, objectives, and key results.
• Lead large-scale technical programs, manage DevOps initiatives, supporting a culture of ownership within R&D, and establish and optimize operational processes to improve team efficiency, visibility, and collaboration.
• Develop structured workflows, select the right tools, and define best practices for program management, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple departments.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, leading cross-functional initiatives within
• Strong understanding of software development and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-team collaboration and large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Jira and other management tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.
