As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​rockstar Operations Monetization Specialist to join our great team.

Responsibilities

• Manage monetization and product activities within the game's Back End system including: Setting up promotions, Controlling game features,Creating segments and pricing configurations, Implementing segmentation, etc..
• Ensure smooth operation of promotions, events, and live tests.
• Set up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system, including managing assets and pricing configurations.
• Enable/disable game features and events through the Back Office system.
• Collaborate with monetization, economy, and product teams.
• Work with the QA team to verify campaign configurations in the live version.
• Daily monitoring of tests.

Requirements

• Strong technical background
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Excellent management skills to prioritize work effectively
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Advanced computer skills, adept at handling multiple applications and platforms simultaneously
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Proactive and creative mindset, driven to enhance and continuously learn
• Flexibility to work off-hours when required
