Responsibilities:

• Assist in the E2E recruitment process.
• Source potential candidates through social media (e.g, LinkedIn).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including social media and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and ensuring job postings are up to date.
• Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Must.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related role.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the HR field.
• Familiar with the Comeet system- An advantage.
