Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Designer to join our team at a new sweepstakes gaming startup. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the gaming industry, particularly in social casinos, casual games, and/or real-money gaming. This role requires a self-starting individual with a strong understanding of product and marketing principles. Proficiency in Gen-AI tools such as MidJourney, Runway, or Magnific is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end visual experiences, including UI/UX for the platform, promotional assets, and branding materials.
• Design captivating interfaces, icons, popups, animations, and layouts that enhance player experience and align with our sweepstakes model.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure designs support gameplay mechanics, user flows, and business goals.
• Partner with marketing to create eye-catching campaigns, social media assets, and player acquisition materials.
• Leverage your gaming industry knowledge to innovate and differentiate our platform in the competitive casino landscape.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, analytics, and team input to refine designs in a startup setting.
• Gen-AI Integration: Leverage Gen-AI tools to generate innovative design concepts, streamline design processes, and enhance creativity in game development and marketing campaigns.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in game design, preferably in social casinos, casual games, or real-money gaming.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Game Development, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Experience with Gen-AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, or Magnific is a significant plus.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and game design mechanics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of the gaming industry, including trends and player behaviors.
• Familiarity with product and marketing strategies to drive user engagement and retention.
