Job Summary:

The Company has experienced tremendous growth in the last two years and is expecting to continue growing substantially. We are seeking an Assistant Controller to bolster our team, reporting to the company Controller and to play a key role in supporting the growing financial operations of the company. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for understanding the business and driving process improvements coupled with attention to detail. This is a full time position based in the Company's Jerusalem office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly closings and annual financial statements.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Support the annual audit process and ensure compliance with IFRS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams both in Israel and abroad
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory reports and stay informed of recently tax and regulatory developments in Israel.
• Oversee the monthly payroll process performed by the company bookeeper, ensuring accuracy, timely completion and compliance.
• Assist with the company's ERP implementation project.

Qualifications:

• CPA license
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High level oral and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Ability to learn independently and quickly.
