Project Manager (Construction, Hospitality industry)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in construction project management, particularly in hospitality and hotel projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in BIM, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.

BIM Coordination: Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) for planning, coordination, and collaboration with design and construction teams.

Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, optimize resources, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality (an advantage).

Scheduling & Risk Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, anticipate potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Make quick, informed decisions in response to unexpected challenges or changes in project conditions.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with legal requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage multidisciplinary teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain a high level of productivity.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of several years in project management within the construction industry, preferably with experience in hotel or commercial projects.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in BIM and familiarity with modern construction technologies.

Languages: Fluency in English and Hebrew is mandatory; Russian is a plus.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Flexibility: Ability to quickly adapt to changing project conditions, deadlines, and priorities.

Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are an advantage.
