CRM Solution Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on CRM Solution Engineer to take ownership of our custom-built system, built on a flexible CRM platform. This role gives you the opportunity to shape a core business system that has a direct impact on our operations and growth. You’ll be responsible for customizing and maintaining the platform, working with both .NET (C#) and JavaScript. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and deliver smart, scalable solutions that directly support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead development of our custom CRM system.

• Customize and configure the system to meet business needs.

• Analyze and enhance existing code in .NET (C#) and JavaScript.

• Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM.

• Collaborate with both technical and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

• Quickly identify and resolve system issues to maintain smooth and reliable performance.

• Be flexible and available for occasional work outside of standard hours if needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience with customizable CRM platforms.

• Strong development skills in .NET (C#) and JavaScript.

• Proven ability to work with and improve existing codebases.

• Experience in system configuration and workflow automation.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – required.

• German – nice to have.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

• Great communication skills and team collaboration.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with API integrations.

• Familiarity with SQL and database work.

• Knowledge of Git and agile development practices.
