In this role, you will:

• Lead a team of 5 analysts, supporting organizational needs in data analysis, business insights, and budget control
• Provide executive-level performance reporting and manage departmental budgeting, tracking expenses and revenue
• Lead business analytics projects from vision to execution
• Develop and implement advanced analytical methodologies
• Identify business opportunities and recommend actionable strategies
• Implement strategic plans and departmental KPIs
• Design and enforce internal control systems and procedures
• Anticipate and manage potential risks, offering proactive solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field – required
• At least 3 years of experience in managing business analytics teams – must
• Proven track record of leading professional teams in analytics or related fields
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP – must
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills
