T&C Engineer

• Plan and coordinate test schedules, ensuring smooth execution.
• Organize weekly test planning meetings and manage work permits.
• Oversee on-site testing, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and testing procedures.
• Track, report, and update daily test progress and results.
• Identify and follow up on issues, working closely with engineers and technicians.
• Support any testing-related activities required by the project.
  
  

• Engineering degree in a relevant field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in testing, ideally in transportation or infrastructure projects.
• Technical expertise in railway systems and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues on-site.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills—ready to shift priorities as needed.
• Passion for fieldwork, comfortable working outdoors or in site-based environments, including night shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English is required.
• Willingness to travel if needed.
