Responsibilities

Management and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Providing technical support to the company users, including end-user troubleshooting and application support.

• At least three years of experience in IT management.
• Proven experience in setting up and managing users and permissions in Active Directory.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining Microsoft server environments.
• Experience Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam and Acronis.
• Experience with communication and telephony products—managing switches, connecting and disconnecting phone lines.
• Proficiency in Office365 products suite.
• Familiarity with security products.
• Proactive and service-oriented approach.
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew.
