A high-tech company developing a safety system for the railway industry, based on image processing technology that provides early warnings to train operators about potential collisions with obstacles on the tracks, under all weather and lighting conditions.
The company is publicly traded, with 60 employees and is experiencing significant growth. They offer excellent benefits, including RSUs, and more.
The company's offices are located in Ra'anana, with a hybrid work model including one day of remote work per week.
Role Overview:
- The position involves leading the algorithm team with 50% hands-on work.
- Leading a team of 4 researchers and communicate with other research teams.
- Developing the next generation algorithms including different CNN architectures, CV algorithms and algorithms that utilize Physics in complex environment.
Requirements-
- 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader- Mandatory
- 5 years’ experience as a researcher- Mandatory
- Proven experience with Computer Vision, Deep-Learning algorithms and classic Machine Learning.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with PyTorch.
- Deep knowledge in CNN for object detection, classification & segmentation
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and passionate about learning
- Focus on delivery of solutions for real world scenario in challenging timeframe
