Data Scientist

A company specializing in the development of a software platform for managing and optimizing vehicle fleets and travel routes. The platform utilizes AI technologies and advanced algorithms to plan and monitor vehicle movements in real-time, aiming to increase revenues, reduce operational costs, and improve customer service.

The company collaborates with a variety of global clients while also working on innovative projects within Renault.

The company's offices are located in Bar-Lev Industrial Park, near ta Train Station.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze large-scale datasets to generate high-quality predictions.
• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models, optimizing feature engineering and inference performance.
• Enhance real-time data pipelines to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Integrate ML models into scalable, high-performance backend systems in collaboration with engineers.
• Work with event-driven architectures to process and react to real-time data streams.
• Ensure models are explainable, scalable, and optimized for deployment in cloud environments.
• Create reports and dashboards to provide insights on system performance and other KPIs.

Requirements-

• 4 years of experience in data science or machine learning in mobility related applications: GIS/telematics data, car sensors, traffic/road analysis, etc.
• Proficiency in Python or C++, with expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong foundation in probabilistic modeling, optimization, and statistical analysis.
• Experience handling large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying ML models in production.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases for scalable data storage and analysis.
