Project Manager for the Product Department - 1362

We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives in our financial technology domain.

Role Overview:

• End-to-end project management, from requirements gathering through production deployment
• Development and maintenance of comprehensive project roadmaps and delivery timelines
• Strategic stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination
• Vendor relationship management and third-party integration oversight
• Executive-level reporting and strategic presentations

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive technical requirements definition and documentation
• Implement and maintain project tracking using Jira and Monday.com
• Oversee sprint planning and agile ceremonies
• Monitor project KPIs and delivery metrics
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams using Figma for design implementation
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of technical project management experience
• Proven track record in financial technology projects
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com)
• Experience with design collaboration tools (Figma)
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint management
• Background in consulting firms - advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in creating and delivering executive presentations

Technical Skills:

• Agile project management tools (Jira, Monday.com)
• Design collaboration platforms (Figma)
• MS Office Suite (advanced PowerPoint skills required)
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Understanding of API integrations and technical architecture
