What does the role include?

Leading and managing projects from end to end, with a strong focus on business, process, and technological perspectives. Overseeing large-scale system operations from the planning phase through execution across the entire project lifecycle. Collaborating closely with development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams, as well as senior management.

What are we looking for?

Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing technological projects – required
Relevant academic degree – required
Assertiveness, initiative, and the ability to navigate changes and challenges throughout the project
Experience in leading processes with an AGILE mindset – strong advantage
Proven experience in motivating employees and matrix management of leaders
