Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the financial management aspects of commercial projects for a global company in the Shfela and Southern regions. This role focuses on overseeing budgets, cash flow management, financial targets, and controlling processes for commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial aspects of commercial projects, including budget setting, cash flow management, and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage financial risks.
• Provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams by delivering financial analyses to support decision-making.
• Execute monthly financial closings, manage supplier agreements, and review insurance policies.
• Maintain direct, ongoing communication with clients to provide financial updates, address issues, and ensure projects remain on target.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - A MUST
• At least 5 years of experience in a global company - A MUST
• Hands-on experience working with SAP - A MUST
• High level of proficiency in English (both spoken and written) - A MUST
• Expertise in managing budgets, cash flow, and financial negotiations.
• Strong ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and senior management.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
