Algorithm Engineer

A leading and essential defense company is looking for a Senior Algorithm Researcher.

Job Description:

• Leading research and development of methods and algorithms for the division’s products, from feasibility studies and detailed development to algorithm implementation and system integration support.
• Leading a professional team of algorithm researchers in the development of advanced systems.
• Managing activities and collaborations with representatives from the Ministry of Defense, clients, project managers, and system engineers.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Physics - mandatory.
• Specialization in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), digital algorithms, and estimation theory - mandatory.
• Proven experience in leading algorithm research and development in signal processing and system analysis.
• Knowledge in digital signal processing, analog-to-digital conversion, and random processes.
• Familiarity with communication, radar, SIGINT (Signal Intelligence), or electronic warfare domains - an advantage.
• Experience working with FPGA - an advantage.
• System-level thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with engineering and development teams.
