Software Team Lead

A leading and essential defense company is looking for a Software Development Manager.

The role includes managing a team of 5-10 engineers, providing technical guidance and consulting, finding solutions at both the system and software levels, and leading the integration of new infrastructure and development tools.

The position also involves implementing and embedding the SCRUM methodology within the team while collaborating with other teams, including system engineers, test engineers, and project managers.

Job Description-

• Leading a team developing complex algorithms for use in unique projects.
• Development in C++ within Linux and Windows environments.
• Close collaboration with other disciplines such as algorithm developers, system engineering, and testers.
• Mentoring and training programmers while implementing development methodologies and enhancing professional capabilities.

Requirements-

• Relevant academic background – an advantage.
• 2 years of experience in team leadership – mandatory.
• 3 years of experience in C++ development – mandatory.
• Proven experience with OOD and OOP – mandatory.
• Experience working with Agile methodology – mandatory.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes – an advantage.
• Theoretical knowledge in physics and radar – an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and a drive for excellence.
