We're helping one of our clients — an ambitious early-stage startup — find a CTO / Tech Co-Founder to help bring their vision to life:

A platform that will revolutionize how people network, communicate, and connect in real life, starting with events and B2B environments.

The role is equity-based only at this stage, ideal for someone with a few spare hours a day who’s eager to build something disruptive while keeping their current role.

• A full-stack developer with strong backend/server-side experience (Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Comfortable building scalable systems and mobile-first platforms.
• A tech-savvy AI enthusiast with experience integrating recommendation engines, NLP, and data-driven personalization.
• Someone capable of leading architecture decisions while managing outsourced frontend/mobile developers.
• You’ve built apps before and know how to ship MVPs fast.

A “LinkedIn meets Tinder” style app for real-world networking:

• Smart matchmaking between professionals — during, before, and after events.
• AI-generated side meetups based on location, time slots, and shared interest.
• Persistent, location-aware networking across cities, conferences, and industries.
