Full Stack Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and talented Full Stack Team Lead to join our team. If you have a strong technical background in both frontend and backend development and experience leading development teams, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Manage both frontend and backend development, ensuring smooth integration across the stack.
• Oversee the development of Node.js services using frameworks such as Express, NestJS, and Strapi, alongside backend technologies like PHP and .NET.
• Architect and implement frontend solutions using modern frameworks such as React and Flutter.
• Guide the team in deploying and managing applications on Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies: React and Flutter.
• Solid hands-on experience with backend development using Node.js/Express, NestJS, Strapi, PHP, and .NET.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
