As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Risk Manager to design, implement, and lead our risk framework from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and lead Neema’s risk management framework, ensuring a proactive, business-enabling approach.
• Map, assess, and monitor all Neema’s risks, including strategic, regulatory, operational, technological, and reputational risks.
• Conduct risk assessments (ERM) and build a company-wide risk map, including forward-looking trend analysis and stress testing.
• Partner with leadership on global expansion and business initiatives, evaluating risk-return trade-offs and identifying opportunities through a risk lens.
• Define and update risk policies, integrating them into decision-making processes.
• Oversee internal controls, loss event tracking, and compliance risk identification in collaboration with the compliance team.
• Work closely with CISO and IT to manage cybersecurity and third-party tech risks, ensuring compliance with global standards (GDPR, ISO, NIST).

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Proven experience in building risk functions from the ground up.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—able to work closely with compliance, security, product, and business teams.
• Deep understanding of global financial regulations and enterprise risk management (ERM).
• Analytical and forward-thinking, with experience in stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Ability to balance risk and opportunity, enabling growth while maintaining stability.
• Experience working with dashboards and reporting tools to visualize and communicate risk metrics.
• Self-starter, decision-maker, and proactive leader who can drive risk culture across the organization.
