Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven ECommerce & Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the price comparison activity for Zap.co.il. This role will be responsible for managing key partner relationships, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring the highest quality of digital experiences and partner satisfaction. As the Price Comparison Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the growth and evolution of Zap's price comparison and marketplace services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key Zap partners, ensuring smooth operations and strong collaborations.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and needs.
- Build and execute the yearly activity plan to drive growth in price comparison services, including new partner acquisition and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement tactical initiatives to drive traffic and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work cross-functionally with digital marketing, product, and technology teams to implement and enhance new features or services.
- Maintain and optimize the digital experience for users on the platform, ensuring ease of use, quality, and effectiveness in delivering price comparison tools.
- Leverage data and insights to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure revenue growth, partner satisfaction, and platform performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience 4+ years in ecommerce management, ideally with a focus on B2B partner management.
- Expertise in digital marketing and ecommerce KPIs, including experience with user experience management, revenue growth, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage partner relationships effectively.
- Ability to build and execute strategic plans, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure performance and drive business outcomes.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, digital tools, and technologies.
