About Us:
Dan-Tech Energy Ltd. develops and manufactures advanced portable battery systems for:
commercial drones, military gear, and light electric vehicles. Our cutting-edge battery management systems ensure reliability and sustainability by optimizing performance and extending battery life.
The Role:
We seek a Practical Electronics Engineer (not a BSc engineer) to join our team. You will be responsible for prototyping, overseeing production, and ensuring quality control in our Tel-Aviv facility. This hands-on role offers career growth in battery design and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prototyping: Build and test new product samples.
- Production: Manage materials, oversee assembly, and ensure compliance.
- Quality Control: Train team members, monitor quality metrics, and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certification as a Practical Electronics Engineer – Mandatory
- 2+ years’ experience in prototyping, production, or quality control – Mandatory
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety and quality protocols
- Proficiency in English
