Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tour Operator, located in Binyamina - Givat Ada, with some flexibility for remote work. The Tour Operator will be responsible for planning and coordinating FIT and guided tours, providing top-notch customer service, handling reservations, and conducting sales. The role involves working closely with clients to create bespoke travel itineraries and ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and conducting Guided Tours
• Must have traveled in New Zealand and possess in-depth knowledge of traveling within the country
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in handling Reservations
• Sales experience within the travel sector (advantage)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for travel and exploration
