Technology Education Instructor

Summary: The work zone for this position spans from Netanya to Ashdod, covering central and southern regions. Instructors may be assigned to workshops in various cities within this area, depending on program needs and availability. Flexibility and willingness to travel within this region are essential.We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Technology Education Instructor to join our team and make a meaningful impact on young minds. In this role, you will lead workshops in robotics, artificial intelligence, 3D printing, and other cutting-edge technologies, inspiring students to explore the world of STEM. Success in this role means fostering curiosity, encouraging problem-solving, and empowering students to develop skills that will prepare them for future opportunities in tech.

This position is key to our mission of offering hands-on, engaging, and educational experiences to children and teens, helping to shape the next generation of innovators.

As part of the RoboSapiens team, you’ll be trained in our unique educational methods and work with cutting-edge kits and tools. You’ll be helping students develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a love for technology.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate technology workshops for children and teens (ages 6-16) in areas such as robotics, AI, and 3D printing.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with other instructors to continuously improve and adapt course content based on student feedback.
• Support students individually and in groups, providing assistance and encouragement as they work through projects.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment and materials during all workshops.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them develop their skills.
• Actively participate in professional development to stay current with the latest in educational technology and teaching strategies.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to course management, including attendance and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience teaching or facilitating in educational settings, particularly with children or teens.
• Strong knowledge of STEM-related fields, including robotics, artificial intelligence, and 3D printing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and individual needs.
• Comfortable using technology and educational software to support learning.
• A passion for technology and education, with a desire to inspire the next generation of innovators.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Relevant certifications or education in education, engineering, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
