About the role:

We are seeking an outstanding Solutions Consultant to lead our customers through seamless technical integrations, customizations, and new feature feedback loops. This role blends technical expertise with a client-centric mindset and customer-facing capabilities, ensuring that Tastewise’s platform is successfully embedded into customer workflows, data hubs, and third-party platforms.

As the customers, account managers and product primary point of contact for integration and customization needs, you’ll collaborate with Customers, Account teams, partnership teams, Product, R&D, and Design teams to build solutions that accelerate customer success and shape the future of food.

Integrations

• Drive end-to-end technical integrations of Tastewise features into customers’ internal systems or external partner platforms.
• Collaborate with product and R&D to define and deliver APIs, ensuring smooth data flows and seamless user experiences.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and proactively resolve technical challenges to meet customer needs.
  
  

• Understand customer requirements, goals, and workflows to propose tailored queries and dashboards.
• Translate customer requests into actionable tasks, working closely with Product, R&D, and Data teams to scope feasibility and delivery.
• Present and demonstrate customized solutions, showcasing their alignment to customer ROI and strategic objectives.
  
  

• Engage design partners and pilot customers to gather feedback on new and existing features.
• Advocate for customers’ needs within Tastewise, ensuring product development aligns with real-world use cases.
• Close the loop by communicating product updates and roadmaps to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  
  

• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and expansion.
• Establish strong relationships with client teams, championing their success and addressing any technical or strategic challenges.
• Prepare and present regular progress updates, project milestones, and performance insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

• Please note: the work days are Monday to Friday, with 4 days from the office (excluding Friday).
• 3+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical project management, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment and/or working with food or consumer goods is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, data modeling, and BI/analytics tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex data or integration issues with minimal guidance.
• Comfort with scripting or SQL for data manipulation is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Strong project management capabilities, ability to balance multiple projects and stakeholder needs.
• A consultative approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for identifying and maximizing customer value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
