System Engineer

We are seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to bring your knowledge and experience to managing precise and complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Project Management: Plan and monitor all R&D activities, including project budget management (materials and hours).
• Lead Technical Activities with Customers: Manage design reviews, acceptance testing, and system assimilation.
• System Architecture Responsibility: Oversee and lead system-level architecture design for complex systems.
• Requirements Definition: Write specifications and requirements at the system, software, and hardware levels.
• Active Participation: Engage in Integration and Proof of Design phases.
• Electrical Connectivity Design: Responsible for design between LRUs.

Requirements:

• Education: BSc/MSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized institution. An MSc in Systems Engineering is an advantage.

• Experience and Skills:
• 10+ years of experience as part of development teams for multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience in project management throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Experience in writing requirements and specification documents in English.
• Experience in complex system architecture design.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Open-minded and flexible with strong self-learning abilities.
• Team player with matrix management skills.
• Fluent in English – speaking, writing, and reading.

Additional Knowledge and Experience:

• SATCOM systems.
• Servo and control algorithms, mechanical design, RF communication, and real-time software.
