HR & RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR JB-4141

We develop and sell mechanical and electromechanical locking solutions. We are looking for a full-time Recruitment and Human Resources Coordinator in Yavne.

The role includes:

• Responsibility for recruitment processes, from job description to hiring the right candidate for the company: identifying candidates, conducting telephone interviews and coordinating face-to-face interviews, diagnosis, additional tests according to the process, and offering a salary. Creating a candidate experience, accompanying them to the position, performing routine monitoring.

• Support for processes related to the employee life cycle, including termination processes while paying attention to adjusting needs, complying with legal requirements and company policy.

• Welfare - responsibility for ongoing activity, receiving price quotes from suppliers, responsibility for toast events in accordance with the annual plan, ordering gifts for employees and distributing them.

• Responsibility for attendance reports, producing reports and updating them regularly, filing and updating files Personal.

• Administrative support, among other things, in cross-organizational HR processes such as assessment and feedback, surveys.

• High service awareness – support for company employees, including assistance in providing solutions and implementing them within the framework of company policy.

• Relevant academic education – mandatory.

• 2-4 years of experience in the field

• Working with advanced recruitment tools and social networks - an advantage.

• Ability to execute and operate processes in the HR world.

• Excellent command of Office programs including Excel

• Familiarity with Hilan - an advantage.

• Very good English – including correspondence, formal and informal conversation.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and high service awareness.
