Vice President Operations

One of our clients, a unique, dynamic, and innovative defense manufacturing company, is looking to hire an experienced and talented VP of Operations to lead its operational teams and drive continued growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage departments including Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Configuration Control, and IT.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance company efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with the CEO to shape and execute business plans.
• Ensure achievement of operational and strategic goals.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven senior management experience in procurement and operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing people and team leaders.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics processes.
• Relevant academic degree.
• High-level English proficiency.
• Experience with Priority ERP system.
• Prior experience in defense or aerospace companies is highly advantageous.
• Multidisciplinary industrial backgrounds.

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
