Production Manager – Leading Process Manufacturing Company (Sharon Region)

A leading process manufacturing company in the Sharon region is seeking a Production Manager, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee and manage production activities in alignment with work plans and production targets.

✔ Foster a culture of quality and safety.

✔ Optimize and reduce operational expenses.

✔ Lead large production teams and mid-level managers.

✔ Drive performance improvement initiatives, employee training, feedback processes, and HR-related matters.

✔ Manage and implement projects for production enhancement.

✔ Oversee the execution of engineering projects.

✔ Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

🔹 Engineer/Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering – Advantage.

🔹 Proven experience in production management within a process manufacturing environment – Mandatory.

🔹 Demonstrated leadership in managing production department managers and employees.

🔹 Technical English – Advantage.

🔹 Proficiency in Office applications and experience with ERP systems.

🔹 Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
