Head of the SAP Unit in A leding Company! 5184

We are looking for a leader to head SAP Unit, managing a team of approximately 30 employees. This role is part of the extended divisional management team and involves overseeing implementation and development teams, full responsibility for work plans, deliverables, end-to-end technology projects, system analysis, development, operations, and maintenance of core operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managerial leadership of the implementation and development teams, including mentoring, professional guidance, and support.
• Planning, tracking, and monitoring the unit’s work plan from initiation to go-live.
• Managing and executing projects under the unit’s responsibility.
• Budget and resource management, including collaboration with external vendors.
• Close cooperation with parallel units within the division.
• Leading the unit in alignment with the division’s project management methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Software Engineering, or a relevant field – mandatory.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role – mandatory.
• Proven experience in defining and managing complex projects with multiple integration interfaces.
• At least five years of hands-on experience in SAP environments.
