🌟Customer Engagement Partner - Women's Healthcare! 🌟
What You’ll Do: As a Customer Engagement Partner, you will:
- Support Strategy Development: Actively contribute to the Women's Healthcare team strategy and implement plans that drive growth, increasing the number of patients benefiting from our products.
- Build Relationships: Plan and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with stakeholders, serving as their trusted consultant.
- Tailor Interactions: Execute multichannel customer interactions, customizing information based on healthcare professionals' (HCPs) needs and preferences.
- Manage Key Accounts: Create, manage, and execute key account plans to ensure access and availability of Bayer products.
- Track Performance: Monitor customer and business-related KPIs to assess performance.
- Identify Trends: Proactively share insights from customers to co-create and implement specific value solution projects.
- Be a Knowledge Leader: Stay updated on scientific discussions and relevant advancements in the Women's Healthcare therapeutic area.
- Understand the Landscape: Develop a robust understanding of Bayer's commercial strategies and the healthcare landscape to anticipate stakeholder needs.
- Continuous Learning: Self-develop with the latest clinical data, brand strategies, and competitive landscape insights.
Who You Are: To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A university degree in medicine, pharmacology, or natural sciences (additional degrees like a master’s or PhD are a plus).
- A minimum of two years’ experience in the medical, commercial, or pharmaceutical fields, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- A self-starter attitude with high accountability, initiative, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible culture while managing multiple projects under deadline pressure.
