We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to take our product to the next level and make a significant impact on the company and our customers.

Responsibilities

Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.

Assist in investigating and reproducing bugs from the field.

Report bugs to development teams and help troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with R&D to develop effective testing strategies and create detailed, well-structured test plans and cases.

Review and analyze system specifications and conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.

Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Design teams.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of networking protocols and security practices.

Experience with Linux and Windows OS.

Experience with a scripting language (Python / JavaScript).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and out-of-the-box thinking.

High-level English speaking and writing skills.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
