Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned Software Architect with a passion for designing scalable, high-performance systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive architectural decisions and influence the evolution of our technology stack. Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to software development teams, with a primary focus on backend systems built in Python.
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and high-performance system architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and execute the technology roadmap.
• Lead hands-on development of critical platform components, ensuring best practices in software design and development.
• Participate in and/or lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and performance optimizations.
• Define and enforce architectural principles, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and security across the system.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, into our platform.
• Contribute to the planning and development of AI Agent infrastructure/chain to enhance system intelligence and automation.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership within software development.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development and/or architecture, with a strong focus on designing scalable systems.
  
  

Technologies We Use

We work with a range of advanced technologies, and familiarity with any or all of them is a plus:

• AWS for cloud infrastructure and services.
• Kubernetes for container orchestration and managing scalable applications.
• Microservices architecture for building resilient, distributed systems.
• Python (with frameworks like FastAPI, Django, and Celery) for backend development.
• MongoDB for handling large-scale, unstructured data.
• Graph Databases for complex data relationships.
• Vector Databases optimized for machine learning and high-performance querying.
• React.js SPA for building responsive, dynamic user interfaces.
• Generative AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for incorporating LLMs into the product.
