Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company rapidly establishing itself as a critical player in the industry. We are a young, innovative company based in Tel Aviv that produces cutting-edge products. We are looking for an Operations Accountant who will be a member of the Operations division.

An Operations Accountant within the operations division plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between accounting and operational processes. This position ensures that financial practices align with the division's day-to-day functions and ensures follow-ups on action items and deliverables from daily tasks.

The Operations Accountant plays a key role in managing the financial aspects of a company’s operational activities. This position involves analyzing costs, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the efficiency of operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with operations and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• 1+ years of experience in operation divisions in the cyber industry.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting, by preparing and analyzing operational budgets.
• Monitor and report on the process and financial performance of operational activities.
• Building yearly operation working plan, track, analyze, and report on operational costs.
• providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the head of operations division.
• Support inventory management, procurement processes, and cost tracking.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation within the operations division
• Assist in implementing financial controls within operational processes.
