Junior Marketing Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Assist in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, and events).
• Working with marketing suppliers.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations across tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and others.
• Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation workflows, lists, and reports.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data alignment and campaign effectiveness.
• Help with campaign tracking, attribution, performance analytics, and reporting.
• Support lead generation and nurturing programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Collaborate on marketing projects and initiatives, including events, website updates, and content distribution.
  
  

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms — a big plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Team player attitude with a proactive approach and a desire to grow.
