Virtual Assistant, Freelance Part-Time (Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support scheduling, email management and podcast promotion. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Hebrew, experienced and comfortable working independently. This is a remote, part-time freelance role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, including meetings over multiple time zones and for trade shows
• Correspondence
• Maintain and update documents, spreadsheets and presentations
• Podcast promotion via social media (experience preferred)
• Additional assistant duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
• Must have a passion for content - kids/animated content, independent/Israeli cinema, YouTube creators, podcasts, mobile gaming are all pluses.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Reliable internet connection and access to necessary software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in scheduling and email correspondence.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Google Slides or other presentation software is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, especially for podcasts, is a plus.

Job Details:

• Hours: Minimum of 10 hours per week, flexible scheduling.
• Fully remote
