Technician team leader and Service Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rosh HaAyin for a Technician Team Leader and Service Manager. The Technician Team Leader and Service Manager will oversee and manage the technician team, ensuring the effective allocation of tasks, timely completion of projects, and adherence to service standards. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing hands-on technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also be responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining service records.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in troubleshooting, hands-on technical support, and hardware/software management
• Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a technician team
• Customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and handling client interactions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in the technology services industry is preferred
