Account Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented FX Sales Representative to join our high-performing dealing room. Your mission: grow and manage a portfolio of corporate clients and SMEs, deliver tailored FX solutions, and drive revenue. You’ll be the go-to advisor for your clients, helping them execute FX transactions and optimize cross-border transactions.

·        Manage, and grow a portfolio of corporate clients and SMEs.

·        Build trusted relationships through regular engagement, needs-based selling, and proactive support.

·        Promote FX services including spot conversions, hedging strategies, time deposits, and cross-border payments.

·        Identify and pursue opportunities to increase client activity and trading volume.

·        Execute FX orders and ensure accuracy and efficiency in deal execution.

·        Work with the trading team to price deals and hedge client exposure in the interbank market.

·        Use Excel and internal tools to analyze exposure, monitor activity, and track client performance.

·        Sales or relationship management experience, ideally in financial services.

·        Strong communication and consultative sales skills.

·        Prior exposure to FX, banking, or investment services is a strong advantage.

·        Commercially driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

·        Strong technical aptitude, especially with Excel and trading platforms.

·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high expectations.

·        A seat in a live FX dealing room with active client flow.

·        Ownership of your own client portfolio and revenue targets.
