Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Mobile/Web Desktop Media Buyer to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on mobile apps.
The Senior Media Buyer will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to drive effective user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
Responsibilities:
Media Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies for mobile apps to drive user acquisition and engagement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the mobile landscape.
Campaign Management:
Plan, negotiate, and buy media placements across various digital channels, including DSP’s, ad exchanges, social media, and search, ensuring optimal reach and ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to optimize key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPI, and CPA.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives tailored for different platforms and target audiences.
Vendor Management:
Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, negotiating rates and terms to secure cost-effective media placements.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance media buying strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital media buying for mobile apps using MMPs and DSPs - MUST.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms - MUST.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including DSPs like DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms - MUST (you don't have to know them all, but the more, the better).
Experience in A/B testing and creative optimization techniques - MUST.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results - MUST.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media vendors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
