Information Security Architect – IAM

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Architect to join our team. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing security strategies, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of advanced IAM solutions.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure ENTRA ID.
• Develop policies and procedures for identity and access management.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
• Provide training and technical support.
• Guide IDM and IGA policy management.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IAM within IT or cybersecurity.
• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Microsoft AD).
• Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint – an advantage.
• Familiarity with PAM and Vault – a plus.
