Full Stack Engineer

Startup company in the Ad-Tech sector operates in the advertising market, developing an ML-based platform that autonomously operates across multiple global ad exchanges in real time, within the RTB (Real-Time Bidding) ecosystem.

The company's pages reach approximately 50 million users daily, handling around two million predictions per second—scaling at levels that very few companies achieve.

Located in Tel Aviv (near train and light rail lines), the company follows a hybrid model with one work-from-home day per week and has a team of about 80 employees, all based in Israel.

Founded in 2017, the company operates under a bootstrap model without external investors, achieving profitability within its first year and maintaining profitability ever since.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of the internal systems controlling, navigating and monitoring the ML and media engines and used by all company members
• Plunge into a world of data, analytics, ML, high-paced and high scale user and market movements
• Work closely with data scientists and developers to understand the business from top-to-bottom and identify new modules that could turbocharge company processes
• Improve the user-facing modules and tackle diverse issues like solving worldwide caching, designing A\B test systems and optimizing page performance

Requirements-

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality products.
• 6+ years of experience with React + Typescript or equivalent frameworks (Angular, Vue).
• 6+ years of proven experience in hands-on server-side (python preferred).
• Familiarity with Redis, BigQuery, MySQL (or equivalent SQL language).
• Great communicator: able to simplify a complex idea as well as collaborate effectively with others.
• Holds a strong sense of ownership and responsibility over their work and tasks.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent military/bootcamp experience.
