QC Team Leader

Responsibilities

• The Quality Control Team Lead shall be responsible for the supervision of QC staff daily activities, Incoming Inspections of raw materials, in process inspection during the suturing process, delivery system assembly, crimping process and inspection of the final product including pre-sterilization and post sterilization activities, DHR preparation and inspection of shipments, and to ensure inspecting processes are meeting the company’s requirements quality standards. Other responsibilities will include issue materials/items receiving reports for the delivered materials, initiate and MRB numbers, Identification, and handling of nonconforming products, notification to suppliers regarding lack of order's documentations.
• Other Job duties will include the coordinate and plan of QC staff schedule with production and supply chain planning, training QC staff in inspection method, QC procedures, non-conforming handling and product identification, preparation of DHR files ready for QA review and inspection of shipments.
• The Quality Controller is qualified to read drawings, specification documents and to use measurement tools. The Quality Controller is qualified to perform an internal calibration/verification activities for jigs, hole gauges, pins and conical gauge.

Qualifications

• Ability to write documents in English and Hebrew.
• Dexterity Quality control inspectors should be able to quickly remove sample parts or products during the manufacturing process.
• Math skills. Knowledge of basic math and computer skills
• Mechanical skills. Quality control inspectors must be able to use specialized tools and machinery when testing products.
• Physical stamina. Quality control inspectors must be able to stand for long periods on the job.
• Physical strength. Should be in good physical condition.
• Technical skills. Quality control inspectors must understand technical documents, and manuals which help ensure that products and parts meet quality standards.
