We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy, foster client relationships, and cultivate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets in the cybersecurity market.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
- Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation, execution, and renewal of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and internal guidelines.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities and prioritizing prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and service delivery teams to design tailored solutions that address client cybersecurity challenges.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies and service offerings.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales targets, client satisfaction, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales success in the cybersecurity sector (e.g., managed services, penetration testing, cyber advisory, product sales).
- Motivation & Drive: Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and adapt to a rapidly changing market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to present complex cybersecurity solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Strong team player capable of leading cross-functional efforts with a “big-picture” approach and a can-do attitude.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Personal Attributes: Self-starter, creative problem solver, and relationship-builder with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
