We are looking for a Lead Data Center Technician Level 3 / Technical Site Lead to support a high-impact data center project for NVIDIA in Bnei Zion. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical proficiency and strong coordination skills. You will lead a team of technicians, serve as the primary liaison between TEKsystems and NVIDIA management, and ensure that all infrastructure projects and operations are executed to the highest standards.

• Act as the initial point of contact and liaison between TEKsystems team members and NVIDIA management
• Lead and supervise the on-site technical team, ensuring workloads are prioritized and distributed efficiently
• Oversee and execute rack, stack, and installation of data center equipment
• Review build documentation before project kick-off and resolve any technical concerns or questions
• Provide Level 1 administration and support across all data center infrastructure
• Offer advanced troubleshooting and break/fix support as an escalation point for Level 2 team
• Monitor and proactively address system issues via ticketing systems
• Ensure correct network connections, IP address configurations, and cabling according to best practices
• Direct build activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project milestones and escalations
• Ensure all activities comply with NVIDIA data center standards and protocols
• Provide feedback and technical insight to improve infrastructure processes and documentation

• 2+ years of experience supporting large-scale, on-prem data centers
• Proven experience as a technical lead, with demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate teams
• Expertise in rack/stack operations, cable management, and infrastructure layout
• Strong troubleshooting skills, ideally with experience in:
• Supermicro servers
• Infiniband Fabric & Mellanox hardware
• Arista network switches
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux (Ubuntu or RedHat) systems – log monitoring, disk failure diagnosis, basic administrative tasks
• Experience working with critical infrastructure elements including power distribution, cooling systems, and space planning
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment
